Terms of Service

These terms apply to the OverlayHub website and Windows desktop application developed by OGTamoya. By downloading or using OverlayHub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
What OverlayHub does
OverlayHub connects supported streaming platforms to a local chat overlay and moderation view. Platform features depend on the accounts you connect, the permissions you grant, and each platform's available APIs. You control which accounts to connect and whether to show chat content on a broadcast.
Permission to use the app
You may install and use an official OverlayHub release for your own lawful streaming activities. This permission does not transfer ownership of OverlayHub, its name, logo, or code. Any source code published separately is governed by the license provided with that source. Do not present an altered copy as an official OverlayHub release.
Your accounts and content
You are responsible for your streaming accounts, the broadcasts you control, and how you display or moderate content through OverlayHub. Follow the terms and policies of Twitch, YouTube, Kick, OBS, and any other service you connect. You must have authority to connect each account and must not use OverlayHub to violate another person's rights or applicable law. Chat messages and platform activity originate with their respective users and services; OverlayHub does not endorse that content.
Third-party services
Connecting a platform sends you through that platform's authorization process. Its own terms and privacy policy continue to apply. A platform may change, limit, or end an API or permission, which can affect OverlayHub's features. OverlayHub is an independent project and is not endorsed by the connected platforms.
Privacy and account access
The Privacy Policy explains how OverlayHub accesses, uses, stores, and shares connected account information. You may revoke a platform's authorization through that platform's account settings. Removing local app data is a separate step described in the Privacy Policy.
Community discussions
The community forum is for issues, questions, and ideas about OverlayHub. Sign in with your own account to post. Keep submissions respectful and relevant; do not post private information, credentials, spam, harassment, or content you do not have the right to share. Posts and replies are reviewed before publication. We may reject or remove submissions and limit access to the forum to protect the community. You retain rights to your content and grant OverlayHub permission to display it on the website for this purpose. Email us to request removal of your own post.
Changes and availability
OverlayHub may be updated, changed, or discontinued. Features may be unavailable because of software errors, internet access, connected platforms, or changes to their APIs. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Disclaimers and responsibility
OverlayHub is provided as available, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular broadcast. To the extent allowed by applicable law, OGTamoya is not responsible for lost broadcasts, missed messages, lost revenue, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Stop using OverlayHub
You can stop using OverlayHub at any time by closing and removing the app. Revoke connected account permissions separately through each platform and remove local data if you no longer want it stored on your computer. We may suspend distribution or support if the app is used to break these terms or applicable law.
